                 Gordon Cubitt has been in the business of car maintenance for over 20 years and has run the company Mastertune Ltd. since 1990. He took an engineering apprenticeship at Rover Triumph when he left school and worked there for 20 years. He took advantage of the many automotive courses available and passed six with distinction and one with a credit in one year.                   

 His knowledge of the modern motor car soon passed between the management and he found himself repairing the boss's car in his lunch break  He started a part time business tuning cars in his spare time and in 1990 he had to make a decision, to be transfered to Gaydon or leave Rover and go full time in the business, he chose the latter and formed Mastertune, which became Limited in 2004. He now runs a profitable business and can be found helping local garages and the public around the Coventry area, sorting out their vehicle problems. He has seen the trade change over the years and has had to keep up with the latest technology by investing in the latest equipment and obtaining the latest information, this has meant increasing his prices to cover the very high cost of these measures, together with the rising price of fuel, there has never been a tougher time to run a mobile tuning business. However, as long as vehicles continue to break down, he will be there with his van to help those in need.

Providing a 6 day a week mobile tuning service to the public and the trade, Mastertune ltd. will continue to offer the Ultimate Tuning and Fault Diagnosis service for many a year to come.

 We take cash and all major credit or debit cards as payment for our work, however we apologise, but can no longer accept payment by cheque (unless agreed by prior arrangement.)
